The online electricals store, AO.com is proud to announce that it has beaten off competition from across the UK to win two prestigious awards, best UK sales employer and the best UK sales team, at this year’s Institute of Sales Management BESMA Awards.
The North West based retailer was chosen as the winner due to its outstanding approach to sales and its market leading graduate roles, the team currently employs over 100 sales graduates, resulting in it being recognised as an employer of choice by a number of universities across the North West. As well as this, it was also praised for its focus on team development, due to its recent introduction of Ofqual training for a number of its team members and its consistent high performance scores.
