The milestone reinforces AO’s long-standing reputation for customer service excellence and highlights the scale at which the business continues to deliver consistently high customer satisfaction.

Trustpilot ratings are based on verified customer feedback and are among the world’s most recognised indicators of customer experience and brand trust. While other retailers have exceeded one million reviews on the platform, none has achieved the milestone with such a high rating.

AO is also approaching another landmark moment, with almost one million five-star Trustpilot reviews.
