I want to reassure you that at AO, we are doing everything we can to look after our people and in turn, protect our customers.

For the last 20 years, we’ve been there when our customers needed us and our obsession with delivering you great products and great service is as strong as ever during this difficult time.

We have a robust process to look after your well-being during delivery and installation. Our drivers’ vans are equipped with hand sanitiser where possible and wipes so that we’re maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness. They are also following NHS advice to wash their hands regularly.

If customers are self-isolating, we can arrange a contactless, doorstep delivery. They can let us know in advance by any of the methods available here

We are 100% committed to maintaining the best possible service. Behind the scenes, we’ve increased cleaning in our buildings and equipped many of our teams so that they can work from home. This includes our contact centre. We’ve also asked people to cover other roles where they can. It’s the first time we’ve tried some of this so, for the next few days at least, you might need to be patient with us at times.

We’re also working hard with our suppliers to make sure you can continue to get the products you want, when you want them.

I’m really proud of the way that AO’s people are pulling together and inventing ingenious ways to provide a seamless service for our customers.
